What happens if the AI goes offline?
A configurable fallback message fires automatically if the Gemini API is unreachable, so buyers always get a response.
Is conversation history stored?
Sessions are maintained in memory per visitor and cleared on server restart. Persistent session storage requires a Redis or database add-on (setup guide included).
