Frequently asked questions

Will it give discounts to everyone?

No. YieldAgent only fires a coupon when the conversion probability score drops below your configured threshold AND the cart total meets the minimum. Low-risk sessions see no discount at all.

Can I control how large the discount is?

Yes. The maximum discount percent, minimum cart total, and dwell time threshold are all configurable from the agent dashboard.

How does it create coupons?

It uses the store REST API v3 to register single-use, time-limited coupon codes directly in your backend — exactly as if you had created them manually.

Does it work with subscriptions?

YieldAgent targets one-time cart checkouts. Subscription cart compatibility depends on your specific subscription plugin configuration.
