Refund Policy

One-time digital products are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

1. One-time digital products

Blueprints, kits, packs, masterclasses, agent downloads and bundles bought as a one-time purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Email support@allcleardigital.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

2. Credit packs

Workspace credits are a prepaid license, as described in our Terms of Service, and are non-refundable once they reach your account. If credits you bought are not delivered within 24 hours, email us and we will refund that purchase.

3. Purchases that include credits

If you are refunded for a purchase that included workspace credits, those credits are removed from your account.

4. Memberships

This policy covers one-time purchases. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. For a membership billing question, email support@allcleardigital.com.

5. Custom and done-for-you services

Custom builds, retainers and other done-for-you work are governed by the proposal or agreement you sign for that work.
